Gymnasium

Overlooking a  vantage view of the 9th Green of the New Course, the Gymnasium

offers a spacious floor space and a good layout of equipment for Members to enjoy

their exercises in a serene environment.

A visit to our gymnasium will not cause one to be over-whelmed by the crowd or

myriads of complicating-looking machines.  Be it for some simple exercises or the

more strenuous workouts, Members will feel the comfort and privacy of space while

using the range of the state-of-the-art equipment at their own leisure.

While pacing on the treadmill, conveniently enjoy watching the Astro channels

broadcasted on the over-head LCD TVs.  For those who need instructions in using

a machine, the gym assistant is in attendance.
