Tee off
times must be made through the home club.
Confirmation of tee off times will be notified to the home club within 48 hours
of booking.
Cancellation of confirmed flights shall be notified by the home club at least 48
hours in advance failing which the full green fee will be charged to the
visiting reciprocal member.
