|
The golf courses
are open for play from 7.00 am to 7.00 pm
daily, subject to control control. Playing
rights on designated courses are determined by
membership categories, gender and handicap.
Course Control Procedure
All golfers
including Members, guests, reciprocal members
and visitors are required to register for the
golf flights at the Club's Front-Office and to
obtain the score-cards before proceeding to the
golf course. |

Golf Test for
Members
|
|
In order for Members to
qualify to play golf at all times at the RSGC, subject to course control
procedure, it is mandatory that they must attend a Golf Seminar and
pass a Golf Test notwithstanding the fact that they may have a golf
handicap issued by another golf club.

Booking
Procedure for Members |

Members may book
for their tee times in person at the
Front-Office Counter or by telephone and fax. |

Charges for booking by telephone or fax :-
By telephone or by
fax - RM10.00 per booking
Cancellation of a
booked flight in less than 24 hours to the
flight time will be charged RM10.00. For
no show, RM10.00 will be charge for the first
time and RM20.00 subsequently
|
|
|
|
No Members shall be
allowed to cancel the flights on the Booking
Register on their own. Any cancellation of
flights are to be informed to the Front-Office
Counter.

Booking Procedure &
Other Information :-

1. Members must sign in the Guests Register
at the Front-Office Counter before
booking the golf flights for their guests
and before their guests use the golfing
facilities.
2. Guests must be accompanied by the
introducing Members at all times on the
golf courses.
3.
Guests must produce their valid golf
handicap card or certificate.
4.
Guests will be subject to the mandatory golf
insurance at RM3.00 per round if
they do not procedure a valid golf insurance
card or certificate during
registration.

Weekends & Public Holidays - Members must
write-in at least two (2)
working
days in advance to the Captain for approval
to introduce guests
to play golf on weekends and public
holidays.

2. Tee-off time
is from 8.30 am to 10.30 pm on
Weekdays only (not allowed on
Public holidays).

A
current/valid golf handicap card or certificate is
required.
4.
If a valid golf insurance card or letter is
not produced during registration, the
mandatory golf insurance at RM3.00 per round
applies. |

Green Fees :-
The amount of green fees payable or
free-of-charge is in accordance with the
reciprocal agreement signed between RSGC and
each club. |

1. Members from clubs where the reciprocal
arrangement requires booking in
advance through each other's club shall have
the booking done through their club
to RSGC
in advance accordingly.

Documents required for Registration :-
i. Valid
Reciprocal Introduction Card or Letter
issued by the home club and ;
ii. Valid Membership Card of home club
and ;
iii. Current/valid golf handicap card or
certificate and ;
iv. National Identification
Registration Card (RSGC) for Malaysians and
valid
Expatriate Card issued by the Malaysian
Government for non-Malaysians - only
applicable for members from reciprocals
clubs in Malaysia ;
v. Passport - only applicable for RSGC
members visiting SICC and SICC
members visiting RSGC (SICC is Singapore
Island Country Club), |

The
mandatory golf insurance of RM3.00 per round
will apply if a valid golf insurance card or
letter is not provided for registration. |

Services for checking and
repairing of clubs are
available for the golfers' convenience.

day and golf clubs (Callaway set at RM150 per
day and Wilson set at RM50 per day), subject
to stock availability. |
